Our company has three main offices located in Pakistan, China, and Hungary. Each office has its own important role in helping our business grow and in supporting our customers.
Pakistan Office: Sales and Marketing
1. 10 Employees Working in Pakistan
Our Pakistan office is small but very active. There are 10 employees working here. They are responsible for reaching out to customers, answering their questions, and helping them choose the right products.
2. Sales and Marketing Team
The Pakistan team mainly works in sales and marketing. This means they promote our products and build strong relationships with new and existing customers. They manage communication through online platforms, emails, and phone calls.
3. Helping Customers Around the World
Even though this office is located in Pakistan, the team supports customers worldwide. They help with product details, pricing, quotations, and follow-ups. Their main goal is to make sure every customer gets the help they need quickly and professionally.
China Headquarters: Innovation and Manufacturing
1. 18 Employees in Our Main Office
Our main office is located in China, where BaoBao Technology was originally founded. This office has 18 skilled employees. They are responsible for developing our products and handling the manufacturing process.
2. Research and Development (R&D)
The team in China works on research and development. Their job is to design new products and improve existing ones. They use advanced tools and technology to create smart, durable, and modern solutions such as POS systems, industrial touch monitors, and digital signage displays.
3. Own Production Line for Quality Control

The Hungary office keeps a local stock of products in Europe. This helps us deliver orders faster to regular customers in the European Union. It also makes the process smoother, especially for repeat buyers who need quick delivery without delays.
3. RMA and Repair Services in Europe
Our Hungary office also handles RMA services, which means Return Merchandise Authorization. If any product has a problem or needs repair, it can be sent to our Hungary office instead of going all the way back to China. Our team there will fix the issue and send the item back to the customer. This saves time and shipping costs and ensures better service for our European clients.
